What I Need From You:
Photos:
I would need at least one focused, frontal close-up photo as well as a profile shot of similar quality. I do work better with more photos to chose from (especially if you have photos that display any of the subject’s tendencies with clothing, etc.). I will be copying the doll’s expression from photo — so please be clear of the expression/photo you’d like me to capture.
Description of character:
Eye color
Hair color
Typical accessories (wrist watch, rings, etc.)
Props (brief case, beer mug, your company logo, etc.)
Clothing (uniform, business suit, colors, etc.)
Expression (indicate which picture best represents this)
Recordable device ($12 extra):
As you decide on your props, know that I will try to veil the recordable device by incorporating it with a prop (such as hiding it in briefcase the doll is holding), so it doesn’t disrupt the composition. Although, it is not always possible to hide, depending on the prop chosen.
Other:
Is there anything else I should consider during this process?
Preferred method of payment:
Check or money order via snail mail, or online PayPal? I will invoice you once your doll is completed.
Contact & Billing information:
Name, address, e-mail.
——————————
Please keep in mind that these dolls aren’t meant to be exact portraits — they will have a bit of a cartoonish quality to them. There may also be minor imperfections due to the handmade process or clay, but they will not affect the overall quality of the piece. I am also willing to e-mail you photos of the doll prior to baking it (before the shape/qualities become permanent) to get your approval and keep you updated on the process.
